	This event occurred shortly before the end of the Cold War The Cold War Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) , thirty-two hours before the Knight Hero of Tython Character Major Characters arrived The Jedi Envoy Event Cold War (3653BBY - 3642BBY) from Tython Tython Planet on Coruscant Coruscant Planet . A group of Migrant Merchants' Guild Migrant Merchants' Guild Organization Planetary and Sector thieves and slicers, led Rodian Rodian Sentient Species Vistis Garn Vistis Garn (Rodian) Character Minor Characters (TOR) , raided a military storehouse. The raiders stole weapons, supplies and top-secret data files for Republic projects, including "Planet Prison". The image of Garn was captured on a security camera, and later SIS Strategic Information Service (SIS) Organization Galactic Republic (GGW, CW and GW) identified him from their criminal database. In reality Garn, while being a member of the Guild, was secretly working for the Black Sun Black Sun Organization Galaxy-Wide Organizations , a rival criminal syndicate.
